Клиент купил квартиру с лоджией в Сиреневом парке. А потом бац, бац и квартира уже с зимним садом (по сути ничего не поменялось кроме коэффициента расчет площади - лоджия это 0,5, зс - 1). Все происходит в одностороннем порядке.

На приемке ничего не требовали. И спустя ГОД после подписания актов разослали покупателям смс с требованием "гони бабки, лох".

Пикантности добавляет хитровыебанная схема договора с уступкой. Мол это требует не АФИ, а Метромаш.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
