Сегодня открыла для себя виньяса-йогу - и это было так прекрасно!😌Ум освободился от лишних мыслей, тело наполнилось энергией, а ощущения после занятия - как будто обновилась изнутри)
Если честно, раньше я не до конца понимала смысл йоги (а местами даже находила ее скучной), но кажется после 30 начинаешь по-настоящему ценить заботу о себе и своем теле🤍
Я была в восторге от того, как могу выдерживать эти асаны, сохранять баланс, растягиваться и получать от этого удовольствие!
Да, местами было не просто, но в конце тренер приятно отметила, что я справилась на уровне опытных участников) А когда узнала, что это мой первый раз, даже отбила мне «пять»))
Теперь я понимаю, почему столько людей выбирают йогу. Планирую начинать с нее свои выходные) Кто еще в этом клубе?🧘🏻♀️
