На фестивале «Кинопроба» доступны онлайн две программы анимационных фильмов, среди которых есть очень достойные.

• В секции «Анимационный дебют» — 13 фильмов, в том числе «Ведрити» Никиты Мещерякова, «Большая» Анастасии Чикерлан, «Волк думающий» Юлии Евдокимовой, «Носки для звезды» Ольги Титовой, «Дождь-подросток» Маши Савенковой, "La Perra" Carla Melo.

• В секции «Учебный анимационный фильм» — 22 фильма, в том числе "Piano in the Bushes" Даши Дементьевой, "On the 8th day", «Дао» Wang Shuxin Yan, «Моя коллекция страхов» Лизы Байкиной.

Международный фестиваль-практикум киношкол «Кинопроба» проходит в Екатеринбурге с 2004 года. Фестиваль продлится до 5 декабря.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
