Я вот первый раз попробовала.😁

В меню одного из кафе на набережной Герцег Нови это звучало так:
"Мясо акулы и картофель со шпинатом".

Цена — 12 eвро (в Черногории все тоже дорожает 🤷‍♀).

😋 Оказалось довольно вкусное блюдо:
сочное, с нежным ароматом, без мелких костей, лишь посередине мягкий белый хребет.

Слышала, что на местном рынке можно купить маленькую акулу.
А еще советуют ее не жарить, а варить, потому что водинистое мясо акулы больше для супчика подходит.
Задумалась:

а как бы я ее приготовила?
