🦋Ужин 30% Запечённый батат со сладкой паприкой и сухим чесноком (очень 🤏) 70% батат на пару Тефтели из говядины с рисом Паутинка с сыром 🤏 (Батат съел 90%, тефтелю 1,5 шт, паутинку -все, что в тарелке)
