🏛️ Namangan davlat universitetida 2023/2024 o’quv yili uchun qabul jarayonlari boshlandi. Bugungi kunda universitetda 16 ta fakultet, 43 ta kafedra, 67 ta ta’lim yo’nalishi va 33 ta magistruta mutaxassisliklari mavjud.
Ma’lumot o’rnida bu yil Namangan davlat universiteti qabul parametrida 508 ta davlat granti ajratildi. Ahamiyatli tomoni esa 10 ta yangi ta’lim yo’nalishlari ham ochildi. Bular:

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
