📌Получил ответ Минсельхоза России на мой депутатский запрос о мерах в связи с ростом цен на сливочное масло. В переводе с бюрократического тезисы ответа таковы:
📈По состоянию на конец ноября потребительская цена (для нас с Вам в магазине) выросла на 33%. Почти на столько же выросла цена производителя (при его продаже ритейлу);
🤷♂Дефицита масла не будет. Оно просто, судя по ответу, будет недоступно из-за цены большинству и все.
🚜 Дефицит масла будем компенсировать за счёт поставок из других стран.
🤦🏻♂️А вот наш-то производитель неблагодарный. Видимо, своего счастья отставкиот ЦБ на кредитование в 21% не понимает.
👀Ждут ответа от ФАСа надеюсь что хоть там будутобъявлены какие-то меры для остановки роста цены на масло.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation.
