Почему использую метрику "EV / Объём газа" - на мой взгляд самая корректная метрика, которая хорошо отражает фундаментал компаний и позволяет сравнить с теми же дочками Россетей путём перевода в газовый эквивалент (они оценены в 5-6 раз выше).
Топ недооцененных по EV/Объём: STKG (Ставрополь), YROG (Ярославль) и TOGZ (Тамбов).
Топ переоцененных по EV/Объём: NOVG (Новгород), IVOG (Иваново) и TUOG (Тула).
