Граждане, чьи валютные счета были открыты до 9 марта 2022 года, могут снять не более $10 000 (или эквивалент в евро), но только если раньше не использовали эту возможность. Остальные средства можно получить лишь в рублях.
Для юридических лиц-нерезидентов выдача долларов, евро, фунтов и иен запрещена до сентября. Резиденты могут получить эти валюты только на командировочные расходы, да и то в рамках установленных нормативов.
РФ импортирует доллары через дружественные страны, но этого мало — дефицит валюты в кэше никуда не делся. Для 95% россиян $10 тыс. хватает, но крупные суммы в рублях при скачущем курсе — это тихий грабеж сбережений.
Очевидно, что пока регулятор не видит конца санкционной удавки. Игра же в «валютный контроль» явно подзатянулась. @nebrexnya
