Вице-премьер Республики Саха Ольга Балабкинасообщила, что участники СВО, уволенные в запас, получат повышенную стипендию на обучение средних профессиональных и высших учебных заведениях.
Также зампред правительства региона рассказала, что по инициативе Айсена Николаева созданы телегам-каналы для каждого района Якутии, куда за помощью могут обратиться семьи военнослужащих.
«Каждое обращение рассматривается персонально и возможны кратчайшие сроки», – прояснила Балабкина.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
