В ответ на запрос Генпрокурора Стояногло помиловать осужденных за наркотрафик, Майя Санду подписала соответствующий указ, - следует из слов Кику.

И если, как утверждает Карп, запрос Стояногло был неаргументированным и даже незаконным, то исходить нужно от обратного - от подписи Майи Санду.
