Союз владельцев малых отелей‚ хостелов и туристического жилья «Лига малых отелей‚ хостелов и туристического жилья» получил разъяснения от Управления ФНС об оплате НДС в 2025 году в случае, если гостиницы применяют упрощенную систему налогообложения.
«Гостиницы на УСН должны сделать выбор ставки. Если они выбирают 5% (или 7%) — то будут платить НДС, если выбирают 20% — то с гостиничных услуг не будут платить, а зато с остальных — будут платить 20%», — поясняет Наталья Петровская, сопредседатель Лиги малых отелей, хостелов и туристического жилья.
