Во-вторых, среди них вполне крупные и государственные — Московский центр качества образования, РУДН, РГПУ и даже ДВФУ (что совсем удивительно).
Можно сказать, что группа предупреждений — «за иностранцев». Что на фоне борьбы за их качество и количество выглядит особенно интересно. Вот ждали скорых проверок — и, видимо, дождались.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.
