Октябрь не порадовал башкирских банкиров рекордами по льготной ипотеке. Жители республики взяли всего 1250 кредитов на общую сумму 5,87 млрд рублей. Это на 16% меньше по количеству и на целых 22% по объему, чем в сентябре.
Средняя сумма льготного кредита составила 4,69 млн рублей, а срок, на который берут ипотеку, — почти 27 лет (323 месяца).
Несмотря на спад, льготные программы все еще популярны: почти половина (48%) всех ипотечных кредитов выдается по сниженным ставкам. В денежном выражении доля льготной ипотеки еще выше — 69%. В общероссийском рейтинге по объему выданных льготных ипотек Башкирия заняла седьмое место.
