В ведомстве уточнили, что 5 ноября глава республики Александр Лукашенко подписал письмо в адрес президента России Владимира Путина о готовности страны стать партнером объединения. Документ глава МИД Белоруссии лично передал послу РФ Борису Грызлову.
"Таким образом, Беларусь подтвердила свое соответствие необходимым стандартам и критериям и согласилась следовать в русле руководящих принципов модели стран — партнеров БРИКС", — добавили в министерстве.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
