Об этом вчера на прямой линии сообщил губернатор Михаил Котюков.
Спорткомплекс появится на переулке Афонтовском, рядом со зданием телеканала «Афонтово». Сейчас на этом месте парковка и сквер.
В спортцентре будет 25-метровый бассейн на шесть дорожек и несколько залов для разных видов спорта, в том числе тренажерный и танцевальные залы. Площадь участка составляет более 4 тысяч квадратных метров. Кадастровая стоимость — 11 миллионов.
По словам Котюкова, сейчас готово предварительное техническое задание. Депутат Илья Зайцев сообщил, что комплекс планируют открыть в 2027 году.
