Позволю себе комментарий: если составить определённый портрет нарушителей, позволяющих себе происшествия и преступления с оружием, и ограничить непосредственно их, мы сильно облегчим жизнь большинству владельцев гражданского оружия, которые закон НЕ НАРУШАЮТ.
Ведь на миллионы легальных стволов инциденты единичны, носят почти штучный, НО РЕЗОНАНСНЫЙ характер. А куда больше инцидентов приходится на сходные с оружием предметы - пневматические и охолощенные стволы, которые «горячие парни» и демонстрируют для форса, ведь огнестрельное оружие - это постоянно усложняющаяся процедура приобретения…
