Сфера 1 - Личность Сфера 2 - Финансы Сфера 3 - Путешествия Сфера 4 - Дом Сфера 5 - Любовь, дети, семья Сфера 6 - Здоровье, питание, забота о себе Сфера 7 - Развитие, учеба, духовность Сфера 8 - Карьера Сфера 9 - Единомышленники и друзья Сфера 10 - Впечатления
Важно вносить измеримые цели: например, не «больше тренироваться», а «устроить себе за год минимум 130 силовых тренировок». Это легко засечь с помощью трекера привычек и оценить итог
