По предложению «Северавтодора», местным властям будет разрешено тратить выделенные из окружного бюджета субсидии на новый вид работ – «обустройство защитных слоев и слоев износа проезжей части». По мнению госкомпании, новый подход позволит сократить расходы на ремонты.
