There is this speech in Steel Ball Run by the President of the United States.
It goes something like: when you sit at a round table, the seats are only apparently democratic. If you are the first to seize a napkin, be it on your left or on your right, you will be the one that decides what napkin all the other get.
I think often about this speech.
I surely thought about it this morning, when there were no places where to park my car, and I was in a hurry, and decided to park it anyway in a place where there *was* room to park and there *was* still room to go around my car in a safe way but decidedly there was *not* a diirect designation.
As i left my car, and took a last glance at it, and saw another person park directly behind me, I indeed thought "yes, seize the napkin"

This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
