برای پیش‌گیری از انتقال از طریق قطرک‌ها، دستورالعمل شش فوت (۱۸۲,۸۸ سانتی‌متر) فاصله از شخص مبتلا به برخی بیماری‌های مشابه است و برای کووید-۱۹، سازمان بهداشت جهانی ۳ فوت فاصله را کافی می‌داند. (به خاطر قطرک‌های عطسه و سرفه، نه تنفس معمولی.)
چه منبعی حدود یک متر را به ۷۰-۸۰ متر تبدیل کرده! و با چه هدفی!
تاکنون هیچ گزارشی از انتقالش با «تنفس و صحبت» ندیده‌ام. (در منابع معتبر فعلاً گفته شده ایربورن نیست.) (اگر کسی ضمن صحبت، آب دهان پرت می‌کند قضیه‌اش فرق می‌کند! برای این موضوع، در حالت غیرعمد! فاصله‌ی دو متر کافی‌ست.)
دو شایعه‌ی دیگر: ۱. آیا ویروس از طریق آب منتقل می‌شود؟ تاکنون گزارشی که ویروس از طریق آب منتقل شود نداشته‌ایم. (لیوان آلوده داستانش با منبع آب فرق می‌کند.)
۲. آیا داروهای ساخت چین ممکن است آلوده باشد؟ تاکنون هیچ منبع معتبری را که از لزوم پرهیز از داروهای ساخت چین صحبت کرده باشد ندیده‌ام.
