Под средним классом подразумеваются семьи, которые могут позволить себе покупку автомобиля и квартиры, соответствующей размеру семьи, а также качественный ежегодный отпуск. И даже после уплаты всех кредитов на повседневные нужды у них должно оставаться не менее двух региональных прожиточных минимумов на человека. Практически все дальневосточные регионы вошли в первую тридцатку. А в ТОП-10 их сразу пять.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
