Суть инициативы сводится к тому, чтобы после планируемого ухода в историю актуальной сегодня льготки запустить долгосрочную программу единой льготной ипотеки для определенных категорий. В пример приводятся семьи с двумя детьми, инвалиды, молодые семьи до 36 лет на Дальнем Востоке и в Арктике и др.) При этом, если ключевая ставка превысит 10%, льготы «включатся» для всех граждан, но с ограничением по уровню дохода.
