В Москве не умеют строить подземные паркинги

Это первое, что я поняла после прихода на рынок новостроек. В последние 2 года я не транслировала эту мысль, но вот очередной повод - в одном из премиальных ЖК столицы утонули все авто на подземном паркинге 👆🏻🙈.

Покупайте машиноместа, говорили они. Всего 10 млн за место, говорили они.

UPD: По мнению автора видео, проблема не в качестве строительства паркинга, а в халатности Мосводоканала.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
