Еще 15 лет назад в Москве бездомные собаки окружали тебя, как только ты выходил из метро. Сейчас сколько бы вы ни бродили по Москве, вы не найдете бездомных животных. В столице на сегодняшний день всего полтора десятка приютов, работают волонтеры, а уровень пристройства просто гигантский. Москва в этом вопросе впереди планеты всей», - сказал он.
