Как и обещала, рецепт салата на ужин.

Салат с креветками ♥️

Ингредиенты на 2 порции:
- салат зеленый (50г)
- свекла (50г)
- мандарин (1шт)
- гранат (20-30г)
- креветки (8шт)
- миндальные лепестки (10г)

Соус:
- соевый соус (1 ч/л)
- рисовый уксус (1 ч/л)
- оливковое масло (1 ст л)
- рыбный соус (1 ч/л)(необязательно)
- мед или кленовый сироп (1 ч/л)

Маринад для креветок:
- 1 ст/л соевого соуса
- 1 ч/л меда
- 1-2 дольки чеснока

1. Обжарить креветки с маринадом
2. На тарелку выложить салат, тертую свеклу, дольки мандарина, ядра граната и мандальные лепестки
3. Смешать все ингредиенты соуса
4. Выложить креветки на салат и заправить соусом
5. Приятного аппетита ♥️
