Сезон 2024/25 завершился объявлением победителей по трекам аспирантуры и постдоков. Теперь эти данные передадут в Минобрнауки направлены в выбранные участниками университеты для оформления приема на обучение.
Победители олимпиады получают право обучаться в России в рамках квоты Правительства РФ для иностранных граждан. И количество желающих испытать в ней свои силы, а заодно и получить право бесплатно учиться, оказалось в два раза больше, чем годом ранее. Победителями и призёрами по трек для студентов бакалавриата стали 2129 человек, магистратуры — 3928 человек, аспирантуры — 234 человека. ОбОбраз

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
