Не каждый вывезет ипотеку под 20% годовых, и совсем далеко не каждому получится взять заём по немногим оставшимся льготным категориям. Обвального падения спроса не недвижимость у нас пока не происходит, но областным властям наверняка уже понятно, что надо придумывать какие-то "костыли" вместо льготной ипотеки, когда желающих реально купить квартиры станет совсем мало. Этого пока в админской не наблюдают.
