Ирина Гехт, сбежавшая от силовиков уехавшая на повышение из Челябинска в Мелитополь, чувствует себя прекрасно. Она освоилась в должности регионального премьера Запорожской области и чувствует себя там гораздо свободнее, чем здесь. Например, потому что закупочки там можно проводить не через открытые тендеры под любопытным взором всех админских области. А просто согласуя закупку, её цену и поставщика с самой Гехт. И никакой коррупции, просто ну, военные действия рядом, какие уж тут тендеры?!
Не знаем как в других админских, а в нашей Гехт даже завидуют. И радуются за Челябинскую область, которая отправила куда подальше такого управленца.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
