А явление официального кандидата, Алексея Локшина, который победит всю эту толпу титанов, ожидается официально только завтра. С другой стороны, лучше аргумента против всенародных выборов градоначальника сейчас и не подберёшь. Мол, представьте что вся эта толпа станет кандидатами на настоящих выборах и устроит в городе настоящий хаос. Несмотря на налёт карнавальности в процедуре, пока ставим областному политблоку зачёт.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks.
