Среди регионов ДФО Сахалин занял 2 место. Рейтинговый балл по итогам 2021 года составил 64,5 из 100. Лидером стала Москва с показателем 97,2. А вот в числе аутсайдеров числится республика Ингушетия — она набрала 7,1 балл.
По результатам 2020 года Сахалинскаяобласть тоже расположилась на 25 месте с показателем 63,7. За год наблюдается рост, впрочем, как и в большей части регионов.
