Сечин является главным исполнительным директором госкомпании с мая 2012 года.
Ранее Сечин заявил, что мир является свидетелем наступления новой угольной эры, в том числе благодаря высокой энергоотдаче инвестиций в ископаемые виды топлива. По его словам, опытные инвесторы вернулись к углю.
