Финансирование благоустройства дворовых территорий в Рязани из областного бюджета сокращено на 30 млн рублей. Об этом сообщил начальник управления благоустройства города Юрий Фурфурак.
По словам Фурфурака, о сокращении финансирования его уведомил по телефону министр ТЭК И ЖКХ области Дмитрий Устинов. О причинах подобных решений по телефону говорить, видимо, не принято.
«Где-то парковку уменьшить, где-то асфальтировку. Нам нужно вписаться именно в те лимиты, которые у нас есть», – так начальник управления благоустройства поручил депутатам решить вопрос.
Самим не смешно? Давайте асфальт класть в шахматном порядке, ямы закапывать наполовину и бордюры делать только у фасада зданий. Как всегда берём не качеством, а количеством, а потом будем жаловаться, что всё разваливается.
