Молоко как таковое не пью, но кисломолочные продукты употребляю( и коровьи,и козьи, и овечьи) Ем сливочное масло, мацони, греческий йогурт, феремерский творог, кефир. Из сыров люблю выдержанные типа пармезан и пекорино или очень молодые (моцарелла, брынза)

По некоторым соображениям и наблюдениям за собой, другие сыры не ем, с плесенью в частности.
