Я отлетела от миньона с трюфелем — это потрясающе. Отличное карпаччо (но не для тех, кто не любит соленое)). Анчоусы с фисташкой (!), крокеты с тертым трюфелем на закуску. На горячее, помимо мяса — орзо с осьминогом (помним же, что осьминог далеко не у всех получается? вот в Santi он прям удался).
На десерт брали лава-кейк (супер нежный изнутри) и яблочный тарт татен (меня поразил тот факт, что для одного десерта нужен килограмм (!!!) яблок 🍎 Как красиво они нарезаны и выложены тончайшими слоями — это искусство!

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
