Игорь Павлович был не только выдающимся человеком, но и надежным товарищем, коллегой, соратником, чья мудрость и опыт вдохновляли многих. Был награжден государственными наградами. Игорь Павлович стал представителем регионального отделения Народного фронта в 2014 году и до самого последнего дня помогал людям. Его уход – невосполнимая утрата.
Выражаем самые искренние соболезнования родным и близким Игоря Павловича. Он навсегда останется в наших сердцах, а его добрые дела будет помнит вся Владимирская область. 🙏🏻
