30 марта вступили в силу изменения в Федеральный закон от 02.05.2006 № 59-ФЗ «О порядке рассмотрения обращений граждан Российской Федерации». Изменения внесены для того, чтобы власти могли идентифицировать всех обратившихся.
Теперь отправить обращение в госорган или должностному лицу можно только следующими способами: 1) устно; 2) в письменной форме (через бумажную почту); 3) в форме электронного документа: — через «Госуслуги»; — через информационную систему или официальный сайт госоргана.
Обращения по электронной почте больше не будут приниматься к рассмотрению. В том числе теперь не имеет смысла отправлять по имейлу жалобы на условия содержания политзаключённых в прокуратуру, ФСИН или другие ведомства. При этом ответить на обращение госорган по-прежнему может на электронную почту, указанную заявителем.
