ВСУ с помощью беспилотников вновь атаковали Грайворонский округ. По предварительной информации, никто не пострадал.

В городе Грайворон повреждены 15 легковых автомобилей, в 8 квартирах МКД и в одном частном доме выбиты окна. Кроме того, посечён фасад и повреждено остекление одного коммерческого объекта.

Также произошло аварийное отключение электроэнергии ещё в 7 населённых пунктах: посёлок Доброполье, сёла Замостье, Доброивановка, Доброе, Заречье-Первое, Заречье-Второе и хутор Тополи. Аварийные службы приступят к восстановительным работам после согласования с Министерством обороны РФ.

Информация о последствиях уточняется. Оперативные службы работают на месте.

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
