Установлено, что подозреваемый, через сеть Интернет проводил психологические акции путём распространения материалов дискредитирующих действия вооруженных сил России и органов власти в связи с проведением специальной военной операции, а также призывов к насильственному изменению основ конституционного строя.
Следственным отделом территориального органа безопасности возбуждено и расследуется уголовное дело по ч. 2 ст. 205.5 (участие в деятельности террористической организации) УК России. Проводится комплекс необходимых оперативных и следственных мероприятий.
