По версии следствия, подозреваемый действовал в интересах одного из государств в Центральной Азии. При этом у него не было документов на вывоз радиационного источника.
По данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело по п."в" ч.2 ст.226.1 УК РФ, фигуранту грозит до десяти лет с ограничением свободы на срок до полутора лет.
