Интересы бывшего первого вице-мэра Владивостока представляли три адвоката. Позицию прокуратуры представляли две девушки-гособвинителя.
Позиция работниц прокуратуры оказалась убедительнее, чем позиция трёх адвокатов. Меру пресечения оставили прежней. Наталья Соколова пока останется в СИЗО.

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
