отличный прием, чтобы меньше себя невротизировать и перестать раскачивать чувство вины, что не можешь превратить 24 часа в сутки в 30.
ощущение, что время – не бездонный колодец, дает классную сцепку с реальностью. а еще помогает автоматически не брать себя слишком много, учиться делегировать или отрезать лишнее. прокачивать личные границы, учиться отказывать.
я могла бы написать про миллион инструментов и фремворков, но все начинается с одной простой мысли «я успеваю важное».

In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
