Произошла расторговка. Яндекс отдает VK Кириенко свой новостной агрегатор "Яндекс.Новости" вместе с "Дзеном" (и доменом yandex.ru?). Взамен компания получает сервис доставки Delivery (хотя уже имея "Яндекс.Еда" это явное создание монополиста, но вряд ли ФАС даже рот открыть посмеет против). Ну и адрес у Яндекса теперь будет просто ya.ru.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
