سلام من ترم اخر هستم و با ایشون این ترم ورزش کاراته داشتم. واقعا هرچی ازین استاد تعریف کنم کم گفتم .. خیلییی با اخلاق و با درک، بصورتی که متوجه شده بودن من دچار مشکلاتی در زندگی هستم هرجلسه خودشون میومدن سمتم و باهام صحبت میکردن. تمام غیبت‌های منو نادیده گرفتن و منو حذف نکردن. اخر ترم موقع امتحان خیلی رعایت حال منو کردن با توجه به اینکه جلسات رو کامل حضور پیدا نکرده بودم و خوب بلد نبودم حرکات رو.
موقع امتحان هم هر حرکتی که میگن انجام بدین رو اگه نتونین یا جایی گیر کنین، صبوری میکنن و راهنماییتون میکنن تا اشتباهتون رو اصلاح کنید و حرکت رو درست انجام بدین. اینطور نیستن که تا ببینن بلد نیستین یا اشتباهی داشتین نمره کل آیتم رو بهتون ندن و بخوان سختگیری کنن.

Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
