Глава Центробанка Эльвира Набиуллина заявила, что в июле возможен небольшой скачок цен из-за индексации тарифов, но к концу года месячная инфляция должна замедлиться.
При этом снижение ключевой ставки не будет зависеть от точного достижения этого показателя. Главное — устойчивое замедление роста цен, подчеркнула Набиуллина.
Также в Центробанке отметили, что после свертывания программы массовой льготной ипотеки подорожание недвижимости замедлилось. Однако регулятор обеспокоен увеличением количества сделок по схеме «рассрочка от застройщика» и внимательно следит за этой тенденцией.
