А там модернизируют 150 километров трамвайной сети и закупают 170 новых трамваев. И ни слова о том, по чьей инициативе и при чьей поддержке. Это как? Читаем – «Правительство Нижегородской области задействует все возможные меры поддержки для обновления подвижного состава и развития инфраструктуры транспорта. Общее обновление подвижного состава автобусов за последние шесть лет составило 1 126 единиц». Этого просто не может быть! В противном случае саратовские чиновники давно бы съездили в Нижний и всё разузнали. Ну как не 5 трамваев получить, а 170. И более тысячи автобусов за 6 лет. Я так думаю – врут! А вы как считаете?

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
