Три дома в составе ЖК "Меридианы Патрокла" на Феодосийской были сданы в 2018-2019 годах. Практически сразу жители домов заметили, что фасадный кирпич начал трескаться и осыпаться. Но здесь, как и везде на Патрокле граждане активные, советы домов и председатели - тем более. Поэтому сейчас можно увидеть как застройщик устраняет последствия некачественной работы, правда в результате фасады домов сейчас становятся слегка разноцветными. Застройщик пообещал покрасить, будем наблюдать насколько попадет в цвет.
