Тема очень важная для Рязанской области: «Сохранение объектов культурного наследия народов Российской Федерации: программный подход и законодательное обеспечение».
В каждом муниципалитете есть усадьбы, храмы и другие объекты культурного наследия. Многие надо восстанавливать, об этом говорят жители и эксперты. Процесс этот непростой, мешает множество регламентов и запретов. Представил сенаторам наши предложения по улучшению этой работы. Делюсь с вами записью выступления.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
