سلام دوستان وقتتون بخیر من وقتی نواقصمو از بین میبرم یا کمرنگ میکنم خوب خودم تو ارامشم حس میکنم قوی شدم و اگه جایی من بتونم نقص خودمو مهار کنم اونجا مشخصه نتیجه خوبی میگیرم وخود واقعیم هستم امروز من هنوز نقص تایید طلبی رو دارم که باعث میشه خسارت بزنم بخودم یا بیمارم ولی وقتی از خدا میخام کمکم کنه نقصمو کمرنگ کنم که حال خودمم بد نشه بتونم جاهایی که نیازه نه بگم اونجاش که من ارامش دارم وتو نواقص بیماری های خودم نمیرم ونتیجه مطلوب به من میده
