После минуты молчания в память Гейдара Алиева, Гасанов поставил перед подчиненными конкретные задачи, связанные "с поддержанием боеспособности войск на высоком уровне, повышением бдительности, а также готовностью принять превентивные меры против всех возможных провокаций реваншистских сил на условной границе".

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
